The Intersea Foundation Alaska Whale Cruises - Details RESERVATIONS Your reservation is held for ten calendar days pending receipt of your 25% non-refundable confirming deposit. An additional 50% of the balance is due 90 days prior to departure date with the balance due 45 days prior to departure. Reservations made within 60 days of departure are due in full to confirm. To make a reservation, please fill out the Reservation Form and send it to us. CANCELLATIONS Due to the exclusive booking of the entire boat for your group, refunds will be unavailable if your trip cannot be filled by another group for your time frame. It is highly recommended that you purchase trip cancellation insurance, available with travel agencies or over the Internet. In the unlikely event that a cruise is canceled, you will receive a full refund of the fare. WHAT IS PROVIDED All meals, beverages (including wine or beer with dinner), bedding, linens, and salt water fishing tackle. You will receive a pre-cruise planning packet including packing suggestions, boat time schedules, suggested reading materials and forms to sign and return. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED Air fare, local taxes when applicable, fishing licenses, personal items, gratuities, and anything not otherwise mentioned. Hard liquor is allowed but not provided. WEATHER Large islands protect the Inside Passage and Southeast Alaska from the open ocean and rough weather. However, weather is always a consideration and wind is the most bothersome. If safety or comfort becomes a factor your Captain may select an alternate route to preserve the quality of your cruise.
